Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
- All original tags and labels must be securely attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging, if applicable.
- You must initiate the return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken), or any damaged or altered items.
Return Process
- Contact Us: To start a return, please email our support team at [email protected] within the 14-day window. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Instructions: We will respond with detailed return instructions and a Return Authorization Number. Please do not ship the item back without this authorization.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item and mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned item(s). Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as stated above.
- Sale or discounted items are refunded at the purchased sale price.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, please follow the return process to refund your original item and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
