Each product has its ID which can be found in the product title.Only SS001-SS600 can not be modified the others all can be custom made by your exact measurements and your design.
3.How can i contact you?
How to Return
①Within 7 days of receiving the dress, please contact our customer service team via AliExpress to request a return. Provide a clear reason for the return and include photos as evidence.
②Our team will review your reason and the supporting photos to determine whether the return is eligible.
③Once your return request is approved, please ship the dress back to us in its original condition. You will need to provide the return tracking number so we can monitor the shipment.
④After we receive the returned dress, we will process your refund within 5–20 business days.
Return Conditions
①We do not accept free local return, as we are unable to receive the dress back.
②Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the dress.
③All our dresses are made-to-order, including standard sizes. Therefore, we strongly recommend carefully comparing your measurements with our size chart before placing an order to select the most suitable size. (If you believe the received dress significantly deviates from the size chart, please provide photos for reference. ④Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
